Niomi Reed, creator and curator of POP By Niomi, hails from Oakland, CA with deep roots in the Memphis area is passionate about creating joy and curating events that are momentous. Every event should be an experience! When celebrating life's milestones, no moment should be taken for granted! Niomi has created balloon decorations for holiday themes, homecomings, prom season installs, graduation set ups, easter bunnies, valentine hotel rooms, etc. So with that being said, let’s get together and make magic happen!

How do I book Pop by Niomi?

After you have filled out an inquiry form, I will reach out to you to iron out logistics. From there, the date is not set in stone until deposit hs been made. Paying a deposit puts our event permanently on my calendar
How long does it take for set up?

I always request 1-2 hours, depending upon the size of the install.
What if I need to cancel?

Though canceling may be difficult on both parties, in life things happen that are outside of our control. In the event that you will need to cancel, please notify me immediately. Your deposit is nonrefundable however your remaining balance can be returned to you if canceled within 72. If you are within 48 hours of the event, your entire amount is nonrefundable.
Can I pick up balloons to avoid delivery fees?

YES! Pickups are welcomed, however only certain types of balloons can be picked up. For larger installs, a balloon designer has to be on site to assemble. For smaller items like columns, mosaics, centerpieces, bouquets, and grab and go garlands can be picked up in an SUV.
